My name is Samanta, I have been living in London and moved back to my home country a good couple of years ago. I have gathered lots of creative energy since then and love to see how my photography style is developing in weddings.
I am beyond excited to be expanding my wedding porfolio in 2025-2026 from Baltic countries to Italy, Croatia, France, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Portugal.
Generally, I am super friendly and laid back, yet focused. Large part of my couples don't necessarily love being in front of the professional cameras and guess what - I feel the same way. Probably that's why I feel like big part of my job is not only to assist and guide couples throughout the day, but also do everything I can to make them feel comfortable, relaxed and have a laugh. As I like to say - I'm here to not only take pretty photos of you, I'm also here to make your once in a lifetime experience - which a lot of people feel little anxious about - as pleasant and fun as it can be!
As you probably have already noticed, in wedding photography I mix documentary, sufficiently sharp style, intertwined with softer storytelling elements. Just like my couples - I love candid, raw emotions, unposed and real moments, you would have a lot of those throughout your wedding gallery.
I seek for aesthetics and pay attention to various details throughout the day with 4 to 6 different film and digital cameras to create a rich and authentic feel to the gallery.
My colors aren't fixed, they vary depending on location/venue, light and couple, but you should expect natural, true to tone with warm, romantic and a little vintage filter over it.
Whenever my couples are up for it - we employ editorial style during couple session as well.
Photographers play a significant role in weddings that reflect and celebrate you, as a couple, and your love story as a whole. Photographers are there to document that as artistically and uniquely as possible.
For this reason, I tend to create a cozy atmosphere with my couples long before the event takes place to understand what their peculiar story is and what photographic elements would help to visually document it.
Understanding clients' character and vision is just as important to plan and employ the style that would match them best: it might be bold, sometimes - chaotic fun, and other times it's soft and romantic.
